- 4 cups raw almonds
- 16-20 pitted dates (depending on how sweet you would like your shake) Look for Madjool
- 32 oz. filtered water (Dasani)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (use the good stuff)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- Soak raw almonds over night or 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain and add to blender. Add filtered water, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth. Approx 5 minutes.
