A Cinnamon Nekter Protein Drink
Ingredients
  • 4 cups raw almonds
  • 16-20 pitted dates (depending on how sweet you would like your shake) Look for Madjool
  • 32 oz. filtered water (Dasani)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract (use the good stuff)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Soak raw almonds over night or 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain and add to blender. Add filtered water, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Blend until smooth. Approx 5 minutes.
